Elgato Residence

Originally a BA2 infographics project, this building is designed as an apartment complex located in the urban context of Jette. Straddling the center and outskirts, it houses 6 studios across 3 floors and includes a multifunctional room on the ground floor.

The rear features a covered terrace leading to a garden. Facades are open to the east and west to maximize natural light, with a vestibule separating the common area from the apartments for sound insulation. The goal is to offer modern, affordable housing for the less affluent and those entering the workforce.
