Unicity

This is a group project for our sustainable urban studio, we were a team of 5 architect engineer, and we had to rethink our own campus to make it more sustainable. I have mostly worked on the cleaning part of the existing plan and model. For the finality on Renders and the platform of the Etterbeek station.

UniCity aims to integrate the campus with the city by densifying and expanding it. The project plans to repurpose university space for city use, allowing shared access to facilities like the Q building for events and expanding green spaces for community enjoyment. By redeveloping areas like Boulevard de la Plaine and creating infrastructure like an underground parking access platform and a bike line, we're diverting traffic to enhance pedestrian zones. This initiative also includes pedestrian bridges and improved entrances, enhancing accessibility and connectivity.
